IR and UV Quality sapphire windows
Sapphire crystal is extremely hard and scratch resistant useful for the visible and IR spectrum. It has excellent thermal conductivity at low temper-atures allowing sapphire to be used in many diverse fields requiring thermal conduction and heat radiation. Sapphire has high dielectric constant and is resistant to common chemical acids and alkaline. Optical sapphire has no colouration and with a selection of grades of sapphire transmission ranging from 180nm to 5 microns. Window shall not brown when subjected to UV Light.

Sapphire Prisms

There are many types of prisms, each having a particular geometry, used to achieve the reflections required to perform a specific imaging task. Refl-ecting prisms may invert, rotate, deviate or displace a beam. Dispersing prisms produce spectral separation for spectroscopic applications or tuning a laser output. The sapphire prisms are applied a lot to laser technology, optic-fiber communication, photoelectric transmission and image techno-logy .etc.
We can manufacture many types of high precision sapphire prisms, including right angle prism, penta prism, wedge prism, corner cube and custom shape prism . etc.
